To develop one-month advertising campaign with the advantages of the last 7 apartments available for sale at the elegant house on the Lieutenant Schmidt  embankment .



Creative concept reflects the project status, its sophistication and exclusivity, due to the use of noble shades of blue and gold, and  also demonstrate the rich intriors of the building in a frame. The slogan "the House of special status" shows the future tenants of "Granville" its unique location in the historical centre of the city.
