Creation of a promotional campaign for MISTOLA HILLS

Task

Development of a creative concept of a promotional campaign dedicated to launch of sales of apartments in the low-rise residential neighbourhood Mistola Hills by Severny Gorod.

Solution

Instead of employing clichéd images of happy families and picturesque cottages, we felt like sharing the sensation of a living place surrounded by nature, away from urban noise and fuss. Besides that, we made play of berrylike names of the settlement streets (Raspberry lane, Cloudberry street). Vivid and distinguished concept helped create easy-to-remember image of the neighbourhood and emphasize its eco-friendly style.
